Overview
Part of a new series developed within the Colorado Department of Labor & Employment (CDLE), made in collaboration with various groups across the state. Teacher Externships are a method of training for teachers to work in collaboration with employers and gain hands-on experience outside of the classroom. This first story was developed with the intention of exploring the benefits gained for both the teacher and their students.
Overview
Quantum is part of a fast growing career path for many in the state of Colorado, and is one of the many Teacher Externships provided by CDLE. Created in parallel with the other externship, this video was developed to provide employers with insights into the benefits of Teacher Externships. As the program is still growing, the intention with this and the previous video is to promote new opportunities for both teachers and employers to join this program.

The Social
Having completed the long-form videos for both teachers and employers, the social media cutdowns were then developed to promote the program on a broader level. Here we have the story for Lucas cut in a way that dives deeper into the focus of his relationship with his students, while Kelly's story emphasizes the rapid growth of the Quantum field in Colorado.
